At 18650 Batteries, we stand by the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to the sensitive nature of lithium-ion components, all returns must meet strict safety guidelines to ensure secure transit and processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Authorization

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the batteries in their original plastic cases or individual sleeves to prevent terminal contact, then pack them securely in a sturdy box with appropriate hazardous materials labeling.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location that accepts lithium-ion battery shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the cells' voltage and physical integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
